This fabric is Cotton in a mid to light weight. (* we have this print in a skirt also, but the skirt fabric is stretch cotton sateen. The green in the top is a tad lighter and brighter).
This style has bust darts, centre back seam with keyhole opening fastened with button and loop. 3/4 sleeves. The neck and back opening have a fused facing.
