Terms and conditions of purchase

Our returns policy is to happily provide a full refund or credit for any item purchased within 7 days from purchase (in store) or 7 days from receiving the garment via online purchase. Items must be unworn, or unopened, with tags and any product packaging intact.

For health reasons there are no returns on ear rings or intimate apparel items.

Please keep the satchel your garment was sent in, as this can be reused, or used for a return. Contact us via email, phone or social media and we can send a return post label (print at home, or we can post one out).

Upon return we are happy to  send an alternate size or product with no additional postage charges.

We use Australia post, you should receive a tracking number upon dispatch (if you filled in an email address upon ordering)

We appreciate that no matter how many images and measurements we post, sometimes a garment or item may not be right.

Ethically we do not wish to create waste. We do hope to provide garments that will be loved, worn and passed on. Gifts that will be gratefully accepted and treasured.
